All Hardcard Systems come with a 90 Day Limited Warranty and 90 days of technical support. Hours for technical support are 8am – 5pm Mountain Time or a scheduled phone or online appointment. Purchase includes an online set-up and training session (typically 1 hour) where our technicians can walk you through basic set-up, adjustment, and operation of the RaceResults software.
An Extended Care Plan is available for up to three years – extending the limited warranty of the equipment and providing ongoing access to technical support and year-end reader servicing (shipping paid by customer.) Extended Care for One-Year is $250, Two-Years is $450 and Three Years is $625.
