All Hardcard Systems come with a 90 day warranty and technical support, including an initial on-line training and system set-up call. Our support includes the ability to see your computer screen, take control of your system remotely to assist with set-up, diagnosis and training.
Your RaceResults software will be emailed to you with instructions on how to download it onto the scoring computer. Please complete this prior to scheduling your set-up and training call.
Our technical support hours are 9 to 5 Mountain Time Monday through Friday.

We strive to continually upgrade and update our software. Customers enjoy free updates for RaceResults, RaceReporter, and Reader Control Module and can download updates from this site.
Extended Care Plan
Extended Care Plans are available for all systems which include extended technical support, training and warranties. The Extended Care Plan is available for up to three years from date of purchase.
Extends warranty and technical support to one year. $250.00
Extends warranty, technical support and training for a two year period, includes one season-end reader servicing and priority access to technical support. $450
Extends warranty technical support and training to three years, provides off-hour access to technical support and two reader services. $625
